We all LOVE a good selfie, RIGHT?! Well, the hottest new place is officially in Little Rock, Arkansas. Selfish House of Selfies is located at The Outlets of Little Rock. I have followed them since their construction in pure curiosity. I was intrigued by the idea of an entire business made specifically for content creators, brands, photographers, and people just looking to have fun with their friends. I invited our friends to go with us to make it even more fun!
The concept of the Selfish House of Selfies is pretty simple. You pay $25 per person to spend 1 hour in their studio. They do limit the number of participants at one time, so you want to register ahead on their website. This is a perfect place for parties, girls nights, couple photos, photography sessions, branding shoots, and play dates!
There hours are:
Monday: 1-9
Tuesday: Closed
Wednesday: 1-9
Thursday: 1-9
Friday: 1-9
Saturday: 11-9
Sunday: 11-6
I have my thoughts below:
- There were 17 (YES 17) backdrops to choose for your photos. Of course, we did every single back drop. Each one was so unique and fun!
- It was SO EASY to set your phone in the ring light and use the button they give you to take the photo. Each space was private to where you can be silly, serious, or just plain weird!
- It was surprisingly kid friendly. I was afraid taking a 13 & 18 month old into a selfie house would wreck havoc. It was quite the opposite. They both had so much fun exploring the backdrops. It was a great opportunity for a sensory experience.
- An hour is PLENTY of time to capture photos, boomerangs, and tik tok videos
- I was surprised at how comfortable I felt taking photos. I thought it would be awkward.
All in all- go try it out for yourself. The owners are absolutely fantastic. I am so happy they have brought something like this to give new life to The Outlets of Little Rock. It truly is a fun experience that everyone needs to try at least one time!
