The Planets is one of the most recognizable symphonies you may hear. Many movies based in outer space used Holst’s work as inspiration, such as John Williams’ score of Star Wars. This seven-movement work sets the scene for visiting every planet along our solar system.

Gustav Holst's magnificent tribute to the cosmos will be performed on the weekend preceding the totality of the 2024 eclipse's passing through Little Rock!
